ALL-STAR CONTEST
The 2008 All-Star Contest at Marriotts Ridge HS was a great
success. Reg Hahne, the host school advisor and his committee, did a fabulous
job getting all the logistics in order. In addition to organizing the rooms,
the computers and food, they also had pictures of all the teams on the school's
closed circuit video players throughout the school. There was even an Indiana
Jones movie and snacks while the scores were being tabulated.
The scores for all the All-Star Contest teams will be posted
on the ACSL web site.
All teams will get a complete set of the questions used
at the All-Star Contest. The files will be sent by e-mail before June 1st.

ACSL
2008- 2009
ACSL
will be back better than ever in 2008. There are a few changes planned for
2008 that should make the division more competitive. As always we thank you
for your participation this year and hope you will register again for next
year. If you think that the ACSL experience is enjoyable and valuable to your
students, please tell your fellow teachers at other schools in your district
or teachers you meet at summer conferences about ACSL. ACSL will respond quickly
to the potential new members and and send free materials to get them started.
